Quick Start & FAQs

• Free — fine for practicing with prompts and learning weekly lessons. You can turn off training in settings for more privacy, but usage is capped.

• Plus ($20/month) — adds reliability (priority access, fewer caps), but does not change the security model. You still need to turn off training if you want privacy.

• Business (Team/Enterprise) — the recommended option for advisors working with sensitive client data. These plans:

  • Guarantee your data is never used for training.

  • Offer enterprise-grade security certifications (SOC 2, ISO).

  • Provide admin controls for firms managing multiple advisors.

Our recommendation: Use Free/Plus to learn. If you plan to use AI consistently in client-facing work, upgrade to Business/Enterprise for peace of mind and compliance.

Only if you don’t opt out or buy a business plan. Take 30 seconds in Settings to protect your conversations.

If you are on a Free or Plus plan: Do not paste sensitive or identifiable client information. These plans can use your data for training unless you’ve opted out, and even then, they’re not designed for compliance. Always use placeholders (e.g., “manufacturing company, $10M revenue”) instead of real names, financials, or contracts.

If you are on a Business (Team/Enterprise) plan: These plans guarantee your data is never used for training and come with enterprise-grade security (SOC 2, ISO). This makes them safer for professional use. Still, best practice is to minimize identifiable details and anonymize data where possible — especially in early drafts — then layer in specifics securely on your own systems.

Our recommendation: Use placeholders when learning on Free/Plus. If you plan to incorporate real client context into your AI workflow, upgrade to Business/Enterprise for peace of mind and compliance.

Temporary chats are deleted after ~30 days, but like any cloud service, legal exceptions may apply. Best practice: don’t paste highly sensitive data.
